Pilates 101

    Introductory Reformer class for beginner.

No experience, no problem...Pilates 101 is a great way to learn proper form and technique.  This comprehensive class will take away all those uncertainties associated with Pilates and will prepare you to participate in our other classes with confidence.  Remember no experience  is necessary, so come in and try it out.  The only thing you have to lose is your midsection!!!


Reform School

     Reformer class for beginner to intermediate levels.

The Premier Pilates reform school class is a total body workout that focuses specifically on your core muscles. In this comprehensive class we will review what you learned in Pilates 101 and take you to the next level.  You will finally strengthen the hard-to-tone areas of your abdominals and back plus increase your overall energy level. This class is a beginner level class, but everyone from beginner to expert is welcome our program is equally challenging for all.


Totally Reformed

The next step-Reformer Class for intermediate to advanced levels. Must have Pilates experience or completed Reform School.

Graduated from Reform School? Then you are ready to continue on the road to total fitness with a class designed to refine and enhance the muscles your hard work created. Using traditional Pilates exercises at an increased intensity, this session will challenge your mind and help you maintain a lean strong physique.

Booty Camp

A Reformer session focusing on perfecting the booty and the surrounding areas.

 Kick your fitness routine in the butt with this class that has been designed specifically to concentrate on the hard-to-tone legs, core, and butt for a jiggle-free bikini body all year 'round.  Stick with us and those legs will never rub together again!!

Call to Arms & Abs

 A killer ab &  upper-body Reformer challenge for intermediate to advanced levels.

Never again worry about how your abs and arms look in pictures. Sculpt a sleek enviable upper torso in this reformer class  that focuses on the shoulders, arms, back, & most importantly abs.  No airbrushing needed after a few of these classes!!. 


The BOSU Challenge

High-intensity program using a BOSU® Balance Trainer.

Turn up the volume on your ordinary routine. The BOSU Challenge is designed for those who live life slightly off balance. The key to this workout is the addition of a stability ball so you engage every muscle as you work to maintain your center of gravity. If you want to put the “work” back into your workout, this is the class for you. All levels are welcome! 


Muffin Top Challenge

Hybrid Class using both Reformer & Mat

This class was created to target that wonderful area on your mid-section that loves to hang over your pants, bathing suits, etc. This class combines the best of the Reformer and Mat in one tough workout. After a few of these classes you will never have to worry about pulling up those low rise jeans again!

Jump Board Challenge

High-intensity total body class.

Not for the faint of the heart.  As one of the more challenging classes on the schedule, it combines all the grace and technique of Pilates with the heart pumping component of the jump series.  The Jump Board is a great way to sneak in some cardio to your normal Pilates routine.  We promise you will love it!!

Baby on Board

Safe and stimulating exercises for moms-to-be.

For once in your life the bulge is something to enjoy, not battle! The next nine months is a time to prepare your home for your new arrival, so why not prepare your body? Keep your muscles operating at peak performance with our prenatal workout. While there’s no way to ensure an easy labor, Pilates has helped strengthen the abdominals of countless mommies-to-be for a more effective use of these muscles during delivery. This routine is safe for pregnant women and, as an added bonus, helps to tone the arms and legs. 


IM=X Golf and Tennis

Got game? Make it even better with spot conditioning for your most-used muscles.

Recreational sports can quickly become restrictive when you’re not utilizing your muscles correctly. Due to the repetitive and rotational nature of golf and tennis, it is vital to have strong core muscles and, more importantly, know how to use them effectively. Designed by IM=X Pilates, this program will help drastically improve your game by focusing on your “trunk muscles.” You’ll learn to protect your lower back while adding optimal power to your swing.
