One-on-One Training at Premier Pilates
One-On-One Training
Work one-on-one with one of our talented instructors and let them treat you to a workout tailored to your individual needs.  After your initial session you will understand how to use your body more effectively and feel a difference immediately.  In these one-on-one workouts you will be challenged using the Reformer, Cadillac, and other machines as necessary.

or first time customers we offer 50% off your initial session. 


Partner Training
Bring new meaning to the term "dynamic duo." If you hate to exercise alone, snag a friend or significant other to join you in partner training.  You will both be evaluated to determine both partner's skill/fitness level and your program will then be created to challenge both parties.  



Mommy and Me Training
Post-natal training session where children are welcome.  Don't miss out on a better body just because you have little ones at home. Premier Pilates & Training will pair you up with 2 or 3 other moms and work out a schedule that works with your busy schedule.  We have a back room for the kids to play in or relax while you can take time for yourself, without feeling guilty!

Pre and Post Natal Training

Whether you're a first-timer or a veteran, pregnancy and its afterglow is different for every woman. However, one thing remains the same – it's the ultimate challenge, with the ultimate reward. Keeping yourself fit is no longer simply something you do for yourself, it's your responsibility to your child.  Premier Pilates and Training provides prenatal classes and postnatal training designed for moms and mommies-to-be. 

Our Baby on Board class offers low impact, yet controlled exercises to help strengthen your ever-important core muscles for labor and delivery. Then following the birth or your new child you can continue with one-on-one training or try one of our group reformer classes that will help you achieve your post-pregnancy goal weight and keep you strong and vital to properly care for your newborn. From the moment you know you're expecting on, be at your personal best everyday.  

Our training can help:

  • Decrease lower back pain
  • Condition the abdominal & pelvic floor muscles needed in labor
  • Sculpt and tone for an easier return to your pre-baby body
  • Increase your sexual function and enjoyment

Our IM=X Golf and Tennis training integrates traditional Pilates methods with sports-specific conditioning for results you can see and feel.
